ESSENTIALS
BSc / BSc Hons / BTech Molecular / Microbiology; 3+ yrs administrative work experience, ideally in internal sales in the supplier/distributor lab consumables market. Highly computer literate, with strong proficiency in MS Office suite, previous experience using CRM advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English, customer centric, SA citizen.
*Candidates residing in close driving distance to Randburg preferred.
Location: Randburg, Gauteng.
Salary: Based on experience.
DETAILS
Our client, a supplier of lab instrumentation and consumables, require a professional, self-motivated, and detail-orientated individual for this temporary 4-month position of Export Sales Administration. Role responsibilities will include liaising with & supporting external sales colleagues, creating quotations, placing orders, managing, and coordinating shipments and forex, controlling movement of stock, and other ad hoc admin duties. The candidate will need to have strong communication skills in English, with the ability to handle high work volumes, managing their responsibilities with precision and accountability.
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric + BSc / BSc Hons+ Molecular / Microbiology;
- 3 years+ work experience in lab-related administrative / internal sales role,
- Computer literate, with proven ability to use MS Excel & MS Office 365 suite,
- Previous internal sales experience and customer interaction will be advantageous
- Detail orientated, conscientious, comfortable learning on the job, team player
- Highly professional with excellent written & verbal communication skills,
- SA citizen already residing near Randburg.
